The department of Automation of Projects Issuing consists of the following subdivisions:
- Software and network hardware support;
- Maintenance and preventive maintenance of equipment;
- Project documentation archival storage and issuing;
Main works of the department are:
- Support and development of programs and program means;
- Maintenance of computers, copying devices, peripheral facilities and  local computer network used in the Institute;
- Scanning, replication, binding works, completing and the issuing of design and other documentation;
- Registration and storage of design and other documentation;
- Provision of the Institute’s subdivisions with the archive documentation and information about it;
 The department is equipped with efficient state-of-the-art copying equipment with extended range of options (increased printing speed, simultaneous scanning and printing, color printing, folding).

  The archives has the fund of design and cost estimate, constructional and other technical documentation developed by the Institute and subcontracting organizations from the moment of the Institute’s establishment.
