Management of the JSC “GIAP” activities in the field of quality assurance, occupational health hand labour safety as well as environmental management is carried out within the framework of the effective integrated management system based on international standards ISO 9000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.

The system approach to management allows JSC "GIAP" to improve the performance and efficiency of management, to focus management activities on the customer and stakeholders, to ensure the stability of the project process, as well as to increase the competitiveness of the Institute's products and services rendered.

The management basis consists of:

  - focus on the quality of products and services;
  - increase of personnel competence and proficiency;
  - labour comfort and occupational safety, social protection;
  - environmental concern.

The Quality Management System is certified in the International Certification System for compliance with ISO 9001:2015, in the Russian Register Certification System for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 (GOST R ISO 9001-2015) and in the National Certification System of the Republic of Belarus for compliance with STB ISO 9001-2015. Operational Health and Safety Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems are certified in the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus for compliance with requirements of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015.
