The Department of Development of Estimates and Construction Engineering Designs develops the design and estimate documentation in the following directions:
- Evaluation of investments efficiency;
- Cost Estimate documentation;
- Designs of construction arrangement.

The department has at its disposal modern software, the fund of normative-methodical literature, the list of objects-analogs, both industrial and civil purpose, for determination of the cost of enterprises construction, buildings and structures which permit to make and issue design and estimate documentation efficiently.
