The Complex Department in Mogilev was established in October 2006. The department develops the design and cost estimate documentation in the following directions:

  - Installation and process decisions;
  - Architecture and construction decisions;
  - Communication, fire alarm;
  - Power supply (electrical connection of units with voltage up to 1000 W with the execution of parts concerning lighting, ground, lightning protection, static electricity protection); 
  - Automation of technological process;
  - Cost Estimate documentation.
